0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered 2 pizza’s. Both had undercooked dough especially around the crust. Not a great experience. Extremely poor quality. Only good thing was delivery within 30mins. Says alot, quickly cook and get them out regardless if they are not correctly cooked. Would not order again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 We ordered a large pizza and they charged us £30. There is no cheese and we ordered stuffed crust and there is nothing there… In addition the pizza is freezing cold

Rating:1 I purposely ordered early online so the Pizzas were delivered before the England game only to have to ring up & be informed it would be 40-50 minutes because the England game was on I advised this was exactly why I had ordered online & rung to avoid any delay. I was then advised it would be 30 minutes still no show absolutely appalling service when this was the situation I was trying to avoid as it is I have 3 hungry boys still waiting. Grossly unfair that we thought we were doing them a favour but clearly nothing going to happen now till half time. I thought these people were at work to work not watch the football. I will be contacting head office. This venue is only 2.4 miles from us & there is hardly any traffic so clearly hadn’t even started cooking it. I had tried contacting the Dudley venue to see if they had our order but their line rang & rang & was then cut off without being answered not just once either. So if sales are down they know why.

I ordered a standard margherita pizza had no tomatoe puree paste and was only covered in cheese.
Do yourself a favour and order Dominoes instead.
