Order took 3 times longer than specified to arrive, on top of this with missing items and when we called the restaurant we were told that the driver is on the way, 20 minutes later the driver was still on the way even if the restaurant was 1.7 miles away

We had a slight issue with a recent order and the team sorted it out very quickly, no questions asked. Top service

Food said delivered when it wasnt, calling the store they kept hanging up on us. Food arrived 30 mins later freezing cold! Absolutely disgusting place with disgusting customer service

Terrible Service.
Order took over an hour to arrive due to being “quality checked” and then once it arrived 1 of the 2 large pizzas from the deal was just nonexistent. so much for quality. They got the drink order entirely wrong, and we were told “food has been delivered, enjoy!” when it had not been, leading us to believe we had been scammed. I don’t recommend this at all

First time I have ever tried these guys, normally go for a dominoes but I don’t think I’ll go back to them. For a very rare meal, these pizzas tasted really good. They weren’t piping hot but they weren’t cold either. The base was gorgeous, not oily, toppings could have been topped up a bit more.
Overall tasty.
