So the pizzas were gorgeous. Freshly prepared, great crust. But that’s where it ends. Service was atrocious. They made mistakes, were running around like headless chickens, and were not knowledgeable.
It was very busy and it became so loud you couldn’t understand your seat neighbour. The staff was overwhelmed, and the manager was not helping but just looking on.
Overall we left with our belly’s full and our ears ringing

I popped in to Pizza Express with my daughters after a cinema trip and we had a lovely time. We were served by Italy who was wonderful with the kids and made sure they had everything they needed. The kids got straight to work with their activity packs and crayons! The food arrived very quickly and was super tasty. We can always rely on Pizza Express for a brilliant family meal that the kids will actually eat! Thank you Italy for your wonderful service 🙂

When we arrived, there was a very big queue as Slash, myles Kennedy and the conspirators were playing nearby that night , so as you can guess there are a lot of people wanting to be fed , when the team saw my phone and I had a reservation asked me to step outside the queue and she would go find out where my table was , we were very quickly seated, Someone came to take our order for a drink and food. Everyone was so friendly and not stressed considering how busy it was. I was impressed. Food was lovely and so are your staff. Would definitely recommend booking in advance if it’s a concert going on nearby, will book next time again so we can eat at your establishment love it

Went here after a busy day, heard great things about this place. Thought I’d try it with my colleague.
Was really looking forward to it as the menu seemed quite appealing.
Sadly this didn’t last long when I got the food. The portion size was actually very small, had I know I would’ve opted for the larger one. Even my colleague (who’s been there before) stated that it doesn’t look right, there was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza and the pizza was quite small. What I thought was cheese initially was actually toppings and the sauce was mainly on the crust, the centre didn’t have enough, but the little I did have it did taste good, such a shame it was throughout the entire pizza.
Had halloumi bites on the side which were extremely greasy (us I know it’s cheese and deep fried) but this was very greasy you could see the collation of liquid at the bottom, some pieces were so small it was just crumbs, really disappointed with these, massive ...

Honestly, I love pizza express now. I have been to two of their branches. Service and food was just fantastic.
The only negative point was for some reason they did not want us to sit outside. Maybe they had a rule of some sort. But regardless everything was great!
Update:
I went again, as always the food was so good and it got served to us pretty quickly.
