I have ordered two large pizza over the phone , they told me you can pick this up within 10 to 15 min. I reached their on time but thay came and said 2min please but they took more then 40 min , when I said I want to cancel my order then they just gave me my order but I noticed they just prepared delivery first and the person who is waiting they didn’t bother. Very poor service, very disappointed

Tried to order a pizza using their online £8.99 offer, however the order could not be completed. Called the branch and they said it was due to a system issue, and offered zero help.
Would make sense to have an override so we could order over the phone, but they didn’t seem to care that we couldn’t place our order. Ended up going to Domino’s.

Terrible pizza which was delivered late…arrived to us in a soggy box. The pizza was cold and tasteless. The staff didn’t pick up the phone and after several tries they answered but refused to give money back. Will not go there again.

Just had really poor service from here. Delivery driver was sat outside our house for nearly 10 minutes and went to the wrong house twice. When he finally came up our drive I asked him what he was doing & he was so rude to me, couldn’t explain even though our house number clearly visible. He also lied to the restaurant, told them there was no-one in! Won’t be ordering from here again.
