Great chap – great customer service (does what he says, when he says and within a very reasonable timeframe), leaves things clean and tidy and doesn’t charge the Earth. Would recommend without hesitation.

I loved Ozzy’s can do approach! There were a couple of problems when refitting my shower tray, but there was no sucking of teeth or long explanations, he just said we can sort it and they did!
This is the same for Mikey who did the tiling.
The guys finished on time, tided up afterwards and our shower looks fab.
I also want to add that after many plumbers who came out to look and said they would give me a quote and didn’t it was refreshing when Ozzy returned my call, arrived on time to quote, sent a quote ( a day after he said but with an apology) A price was agreed and date set. Our shower tray hadn’t arrived when Ozzy thought it would but he kept me updated. Which was ace.
It’s so refreshing to find a brilliant, reliable plumber.
I will have no problem recommending Ozzy to friends and family!
