Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Pam very kindly turned out at short notice for a saturday morning emergency leak at my mother’s flat, I called him circa 9.30, he arrived shortly after 11.00 with the replacement part and had it installed and tested by about 12.30pm. Prompt, friendly and helpful service throughout

Pam was very friendly and knowledgeable, he told us what he would do over the phone and gave us a price. Excellent service. Would highly recommend! Thank you Pam.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Always reliable, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Pam came and fixed a leaking tap and did a boiler service. The boiler he installed for us many years ago is still as good as new and we have had it serviced by Pam regularly. Would highly recommend for any jobs.

He also went out of his way to help me in my kitchen, where I had a couple of little plumbing problems (had! .. As he fixed them too!!)
He’s friendly and knows what he’s doing, I will definitely call on him again.

Pam arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment.
He was meticulous in his work, ensuring everything was installed correctly and functioned properly. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail and commitment to quality.
After the installation, Pam took the time to explain the operation of the new boiler and provided helpful maintenance tips. He also ensured the work area was clean before leaving.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Pam. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled gas engineer.
