Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Rude and racist worker on the counter by the name of Shadan. Extremely SLOW almost 20 minutes I waited for her to deal with only 1 customer in front of me trying to send money to Romania. She was so rude to her I experienced second hand embarrassment. Of course when it was my turn it was no different, although a regular customer I was asked to show my I.D twice! She shouted at me and refused to give me my parcel, when I asked why you are asking for I.D again did you not check it thoroughly the first time? In addition I was told to sign an additional form and when I asked what it is she said twice don’t worry just sign. Who signs anything without reading it? When I began to read the form she was impatient and when I asked her to be patient when I had finished reading she began to count money in my face and pretend she could not hear me. (Not money I had given her).

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I go there quite often, just to return my packages. The gentleman is behind the post till is quite nice, woman on the till is welcoming. Good service on my end 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Online it says the post office opens at 9.30. However I got there for 9.45 and it was closed. I waited half an hour to get served. Not happy with the fact the timings are wrong. I asked the girl at the counter and she said the post office opens at 10.00. However the guy that serves at the post office strolls in at quarter past 10.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Post office has gone right down in all areas: customer service is non existent. You’d only go twice for a refund. Use the shops at the top of Londonderry Lane – better prices, service and happy to serve you, unlike this poorly managed “establishment”.
