Rating:2 I’ve had no problem with those in the sorting office but I have gone 2 may be 3 weeks in the past without my post which has caused me real difficulty as I need to use Royal Mail for my medication – to be fair, when I sent them a message, I did receive it the next day but I shouldn’t have to do that and often, important letters are late. I get it with lockdown but things should be getting better and I’m a week without post – I mention it because I’m waiting for my DBS certificate… without it, I can’t work. My degree was also meant to be delivered by today and again I’ve had no post. This is a huge problem.

Rating:1 How?! Just How?! How can you deliver a parcel twice in a row to a different address!!!! I’m very mad and upset! Your delivery driver has just 1JOB!!! To deliver the parcel to the correct address!! This has happened to me twice now!! Twice in a row!! Absolute awful delivery service!! Also that was my wedding dress that is now classed as lost property and I can’t even claim my money back!!

Rating:1 Absolutely appalling lack of service. 3 thirty minutes wait on the phone to speak to someone. First time I gave up, second time I spoke to someone who agreed with the communication I received on the morning which stated my parcel was out for delivery and third time another thirty minute wait until the phones were switched off. Needless to say I was lied too and no parcel arrived. The staff are not bothered or perhaps too thick to realise there is a lot of competition out there now and they no longer have the monopoly for parcel delivery. They probably think monopoly is an old board game people play at Christmas.

Rating:1 Totally useless service. 15 minutes on hold listening to a recorded message telling me how sorry they are for the delay in answering the phone while I sit and picture the phone ringing and being ignored. I have been to this sorting office and seen first hand how they ignore Everything! A third rate service that deserves to go out of business with the amount of failed deliveries it can do in a week !
