Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Went there today trying to track a parcel ( lost the receipt) the lady who served me found it on the system.. and also used her own phone to tell me where it was.. excellent service!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Been going here for many years and service was good. But now they seem rude and lazy. Post office open till 5:30pm but they make excuses saying there systems don’t work etc because they don’t want to work. I got there 15 mins before close. So bad

Phoned them the day before to make sure that i’d be able to get hold of the delivery as it was due on a Saturday and i was aware they’d be closed at 12.30, so needed to check that the ‘OneStop’ shop where it was located would be able to access the package for me.
Was told ‘not a problem’. Bring ID and the staff in the shop would get the package.
Amazon notified me at 12.30 that the package was there. I was at at the shop at 12.40. Post Office was closed. The Store Manager refused to get the package as he was ‘too busy’.
I get the fact that he has his own job to do but why are they offering this service?
This isn’t necessarily a complaint at the Post Office or at OneStop. They need to decide whether they offer the service because as a customer i have been let down by all parties concerned.

I have read the other reviews and can only assume that it was the assistant, who quite honestly looks as if she doesn’t want to be there and makes you feel that you are an inconvenience.
