Rating:1 Absolute joke of a post office!!! missed 2 parcels (was in both times so whoever is delivering is not knocking) drive all the way to collect my parcel only to be told their delivery room is closed and opens 8AM until 10AM the NEXT DAY. 2 HOURS OPENING TIME?! is this a joke? This is not advertised on the opening time off google so be warned,I’ll attach a photo as well. Absolute waste of time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The staff member who served us was so rude for no reason. Her tone of voice and her attitude was so rude. If you don’t like your job then go home or find another job. Rude for absolutely no reason. I was midway asking her one last question after she finished dealing with my enquiry and she told me to move because she has to serve the next customer. AVOID this post office, the other branch just further up the road is much nicer.

She clearly doesn’t know how to do her job properly because she was messing us about until another worker came over and had our issue with her confusion over the Amazon parcel pick-up code sorted.
Myself and my sister went to the post office desk yesterday to pick up a parcel for our dad, with a note detailing that it was an Amazon package we needed to pick up. She ignored the note and told us to go to the sorting office the next day, which we did and we were told because it’s an Amazon package we have to go back to the front desk – mildly annoying. When we went back to the front desk and explained that we were told to come back only then did she read the note.
She asked for a pickup code which I started to read out but she interrupted me and told me to show the code but because the email wasn’t HTML coded she said it wasn’t the right code and t...
