0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Really polite young guy on the front of the store that knew exactly what he was doing. Makes a change to some of the incompetent staff at many of the other post offices locally. My new favourite post office. They seem to understand customer service and I expect that as a bare minimum when I’m spending my money somewhere. Thanks again 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible service and clearly ripping people off by charging for first class services yet sending via second class. I found the woman behind the counter to be extremely rude and unprofessional to both myself, my friend and customer before us. She insisted I paid for a large letter stamp as it was a padded envelope (absurd because i often use these envelopes with regular stamps, and it clearly fit through the slot she demonstrated with). I agreed to pay the extra for the stamp as I was in a rush and made it very clear that I needed it to be sent that day via first class. The recipient sent me a photo of the envelope when it had arrived and the woman at the PO had sent it second class, while charging me for first. Luckily I have proof of purchase to use in the complaint. Also, the store looks like a jumble sale with 2nd hand clothes lining the queue area. Avoid!!
