Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 This post office would be great except they are never open when stated they should be open. It’s happened several times now. Supposed to be open till 5pm on certain days, I’m there at 3pm it’s all shut. Staff are very nice that’s the only reason I’m leaving a 2 star rating.

Rating:5 Excellent service I needed to post urgent letter to inland revenue I have not posted for last 3 years I looked on google for nearest post office to my work abd found this one on Worcester St it said it opened 09:30 however I got there 09:15 and it was open even better no waiting around. I was served promptly by the gentleman who sold me a 1st class stamp and offered to post it for me or told me where the nearest letterbox was. The post office was clean and has a traditional feel to it which I liked. We should support our local services rather than jump to criticise them it is tough as nut to run a business I know as I run one myself

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I work 5 mins away from this post office. I checked the website for opening times which was 9.00am. Got there at 9.10am and was still shut. This is the 4th time now this post office has been shut when it should be open. The adjoining shop said they often open after 10am. This is totally unacceptable when people need to post items etc. There was one old lady standing outside still waiting for it to open. I won’t be using them again, I have better things to do with my time. Update, Grrrrr, I did it again, supposed to be open at 9 but at 9.20 still closed and no sign of being open. I should have known better! Nice staff when they are open but why can’t they open as stated. PLEASE change your opening times if you can’t be bothered to open on time!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Lovely little post office, it is the closest to where I live and I always got a smile and a little chat here and there. The negative comments here are clearly wrong and uncalled for, especially the comment where they say that the staff are racist: They are NOT racist. Only someone who is on the same mentality as Tommy Ten Names Robinson would say such a thing.
