0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 11 months old and we’ve had nothing but a lovely experience. Baby room is fantastic, lovely nurturing staff who treat the children like their own. She then moved to toddler room and she took a while to settle but that’s down to my child not the staff as the staff were so helpful in offering solutions to help her settle. Staff are also great at encouraging independent children as this is such an important life skill. She’s now in pre school and thriving, her communication at home has come on leaps and bounds her confidence with staff and peers is shining. She is using her letters and sounds knowledge all the time and always talks positively about nursery. My daughter is happy healthy and safe and I can go to work knowing that she is happy for the day and that to me is the most important thing. Yes management has changed and as anything it takes time for everyone to fit into their new roles but at no point did the change of ma...

Very bad nursery…poor management… unprofessional staff. These words are very small to describe this nursery. It used to be very good nursery when it was under old management. I have seen it going downhill. My son only attended for 3 weeks and everyday he suffered. I paid to this nursery for his suffering. When I raised the issue..the management made all the excuses and did not give me any outcome. They made that there was something wrong with my son and caused me so much stress. So all parents…if you really care about your kids..avoid this nursery at any cost. This is a honest review and I dont want your child to suffer like the way my son suffered.
