Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Would just like to take this opportunity to thank all staff for their brilliant support they have given making the transition for my son as easy as possible the interaction and activities they do as meant my sons speech and understanding as improved in such a short space of time he looks forward to going to nursery and as a mother this gives me great piece of mind this also makes home life calmer as my son as quickly got into a routine all thanks to the hard work and dedication of all members of staff

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My daughter has been going here for a few months now. We are extremely happy with the staff and the progress she has made since joining the nursing. Communication is good and they always make time in letting us know how she is getting on.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very bad experience. I had a viewing two weeks ago. They asked me for what days I’m looking for,and I said Wednesday – Thursday – Friday. They told its available for these days. After one hour I said we are happy with this,and we want to proceed to next step. I let my email and phone number. Three days no email or message,so I had to call back . I had to give them again my email to send me the registration form. I filled up the registration and waited again for 5 days. Again no email or message. Today,after more than two weeks,I called again,and told me they have only Mondays and Fridays available. Meanwhile we cancel all others viewings and meetings with other four nurseries. Now we must start over. They only said apologies,but for us means nothing.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My boys have been here now since they were 18 months old and they are nearly 4. The staff are reassuring and great with the boys. The boys took a long time to settle as they were Covid babies and now they are thriving. Although as a working parent it’s hard with the strict policies for illnesses. I also get it as I would prefer they catch it soon so others don’t get it. The place is always clean and the boys always come out smiling. They listen to concerns about the boys development and help with it too. Friendly staff, always able to have a chat if needed.

The staff are extremely friendly and reassuring, we were nervous about leaving her at first due to her only being with us. The staff reassured us that she will get on great. They were right we have seen such a difference in her from when she started, she goes in and has the biggest smile on her face and now even waves at the staff when she goes in. We cannot wait to see her develop more and grow in confidence as she continues to grow up.
