Rating:1 They never answer their phone line , no idea how they are in business. If the developers of Foxfields in stoke reads this i suggest you find another agent.

Rating:1 I strongly recommend the renters to avoid them. I was their tenant and delivered the property in excellent condition. I had £950 as deposit but they claimed £2000 and even threatened me for legal action. They have professional team who know how to claim. A friendly alert to new renters. Please avoid them.

Rating:1 Not happy at all…. Problem after problem after problem. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. When we moved into our flat it was not cleaned before hand and when questioned about this, they lied to us and said it had been. I then had to deep clean everything which caused my back condition to flare up. The oven was unusable and a safety hazard (it has been signed off as ok to use) and had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement, aswell as an extractor fan. Along with many other issues such as leaks, mould, torn up furniture, marks in all areas of the home, I could go on…. Most recent, the toilet had overflowed the entire bathroom and we was told we would have to wait 4 days for someone to come out as it being a bank holiday weekend. (No one has contacted us since or bothered to answer emails so we had to call the energy helpline to resolve this) As I say, there has been numerous issues that we haven’t had a response to which is extremely frustrating and upsetting as they are quick to deman...

Too late i’ve now got another property, i tried for 3 days to get hold of someone by phone numerous times , even the voicemail box wouldnt take a message as it was full

Tahir was very helpful and friendly with viewing the house and helping to sort the rental agreement. The welcome gift hamper was a treat.
