Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Matt looked after the sale of a family property from start to finish, and went that extra mile upon more than one occasion.I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting a house sale completed professionally by someone who can be very “ hands on” if required ( I did!).

They kept us fully up to date with feedback from viewings and once a buyer had been found Martin in particular was very reassuring and kept the lines of communication open at all times during a rather drawn out period of legal exchanges. He was always willing to offer advice, worked proactively with both sides to get the sale over the line and at times his sense of humour provided some welcome stress relief. We’re very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I cannot recommend Martin and Rachel highly enough. We had tried to sell with another (cheaper) agent, during the very buoyant 2021 market and failed. You definitely get what you pay for, the difference in service was astonishing. Martin secured a higher asking price, which covered his additional fee, in the very difficult period in 2022 when interest rates began to rapidly rise. We went from under offer to completion in 3 months, I am confident that this would not been the outcome without Martin’s efforts.

We set a tough target price & managed to exceed it. Working with the Fine & Country team was faultless from beginning to end: local market research, photography & videography, the property sales particulars, arranging an open day & multiple viewings…. everything ran very smoothly. This was not the first time I’ve worked with Rachel & Martin so I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the first visit to value the house, Martin and Rachel were available at all times, even conducting a viewing on a Sunday afternoon with only an hour’s notice. They were keen to address any potential issues that might arise and deal with them in a pragmatic way.
Martin and Rachel gave us every confidence that the selling process, overseen by themselves, would not be the stressful experience we had previously endured and I’m delighted to say they were right!
