Me and my boyfriend came on Monday evening for dinner at 8 pm. It says online you are open until 10pm. However it didn’t feel like this.
We ordered our food sat at our table to wait.
Whilst we was waiting we noticed there was 4 staff members sat up on the high tables right in the centre of the restaurant.
One of them a larger gentleman who came across like management. But I hope not by his behaviour.
He sat there and ate for the whole time we was there pretty much. And all the staff was also helping themselves to a large plate of chips in the centre of the table. They was all just chatting about life. All in uniform and appeared to be on shift as they was also serving customers whist eating.
We had our food which was nice.
We ordered some bottomless ice cream. They brought the tubs over without cleaning our table. So we ate ice cream with our dirty plates still in front of us.
Whilst staff just chatted at this large centre table.

Gotta be honest I’ve never had a bad Nando’s…possibly the most consistent chain going ..I suppose its a simple formula of healthy food (really) & add a few spices/sauces etc plus the waitress was superb went over & above tbh…well done

This was our first time in this branch, the food was beautiful and was served in good time. We were served by a lovely lady called Fatima, she was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We would definitely recommend eating here. Also, the Saka sauce is a must to try!

I went to this Nando’s yesterday before going to the cinema and had a terrible experience. Staff were condescending and rude. And our needs were completely ignored. We were made to feel very unwelcome. The best way to describe the way we were treated would be apathy at very best. The food to their credit was good but It was hard to enjoy while watching the staff whisper and smirk looking in our direction as if I were an imbecile for not knowing I had to go up and order. Overall I would only recommend you go here if you enjoy being treated like an unwelcome stain on a white carpet.

Average food Nice customer service
The waitress welcoming us was really lovely. Even though the order took a long time to arrive, still it’s in my acceptable range.
Halloumi cheese slices were so good and I wish I could have some more it’s like eating a super cheesy crust of the pizza
Ordered a whole chicken platter but the chicken was not moist enough, quite dry actually as they were pre-cooked I presume. The sauces saved the day and I highly recommend trying peri peri with garlic or wild herb, not too spicy but super flavoursome.
