(ii) Despite many requests, (over a VERY long period of time), for the
damaged gutter to be replaced and repaired, the roofer failed to do
this.
(iii) The roofer acknowledged that the gutter was damaged.
(iv) The owner eventually ‘gave up’, fed up waiting for the roofer to
do this repair. The owner got another company to replace and repair the gutter. The owner sent the bill to the roofer; even after another long wait, the roofer still hasn’t reimbursed the owner.
(v) The owner did eventually receive a payment [from the roofer].
