Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Shoddy work, shed roof needed reboarding and new rubber applied, only painted a rubber seal over it and it’s still leaking, cost over a £1000 just to do that. If i wanted that done would have done that myself.If you want a job done properly I suggest you find a decent company that will do a proper job and not con a person out of money. I have now got to pay out more money for the job to be redone, I only put the one star to get this posted otherwise it would have been a no stars at all from me !

Rating:1 Explained in detail about how i had been let down by another roofer, i supplied photo’s had a phone conversation with John and chased John via text message to arrange for him to come out and quote and i recieved no response, if they don’t want the work they should be professional and have the decency to let people know

I’d just had a roof survey report conducted on my property which had flagged a few problem areas, namely: chimney repointing, gable end repointing, roof ridge board support, rafter strengthening and some tiles and felt needed to be replaced.

Rating:5 Had John and his team around after a bad storm caused a leak in my daughters bedroom, when I called jonny he was able to come out the same day with his team, inspect the roof and show me pictures and walk me through everything that was going wrong, once quoted they were quick to get me booked in and the work was bang on. Would definitely use them again.

Despite quite a few challenges, the team exceeded our expectations to leave us with a stunning new roofs on our house and it’s extension. We can highly recommend first stop roofing to anyone needing any roofing work.

They came out to inspect my roof quickly and provided a quote there and then. They were clearly very knowledgeable and understood my requirements exactly. They booked in for work to be completed the following week and stayed within time constraints and within the quoted amount for the works to be completed.
I’ve always been hesitant working with roofers following a few bad experiences at previous properties, but honestly First Stop Roofing have been excellent from start to finish and would absolutely recommend them for any roofing requirements.
My roof is now in much better health and I can now confidently progress with my property sale.
