Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 If I could give less stars I would. This company has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. Hounded with phone calls for roof and gutter works after specifically being told their pricing is shocking. To have a customer service provider (a term I use very loosely) state to my husband who happens to be a builder himself why bother getting a quote if he’s a builder. I highly recommend people staying as far away from this company as humanly possible. Over priced and rude. I also work in the building industry and can advise you all you will find the materials a lot cheaper elsewhere as well a better company to install

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 These guys make a big song and dance about there 5 star reviews. Wouldn’t give them 2 stars after the service we have recieved. Windows installed looked amazing, guy had to come out with a mallet as we had issues with closing them. Now nobody will answer the phone there as you can see in the window it is a fight to get them shut all the sealer is coming away from the sills. 5 windows for £11k and this is what you get.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had prestige in to do 6 windows for us. 3 front and 3 rear. The lads who came round was punctual and worked hard all day. I asked them a couple questions and they was happy to talk to me. I was concerned with how the job would go due to being an older house and old lime plastered walls and tiles meeting the window frames in kitchen/bathroom. But they did a great job and I’m very happy with the quality of the windows. Pricing was very competitive considering they come with a 10 year guarantee. Overall super happy with prestige and I will most definitely be using them for other work in the future!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We had this company block pave our back garden to make it wheelchair friendly. Our initial contact was Clive who helped us plan and cost the job. He remained supportive throughout. We had a team of 3 workers – Mike, Wolf and Glen. They were so friendly, professional, hard working, punctual and always tidied up after them each day. If we were to have any future jobs done, I would have these lovely men back in a heartbeat. We later received a phone call from Nigel to ask how satisfied we were. He was lovely to chat to and very friendly.

Rating:5 Fantastic job done by prestige windows and drives great service thanks to Sam and your fantastic fitters for our windows, doors, gutters, soffits, porch, canopy and the driveway we love it everything that was promised was delivered. Your workmanship was second to none would definitely recommend your company thank you once again money well spent !!
