Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Been eating from here for the past 15 odd years, and got to say that Cos’, Claire and the team are wonderful, the food is exceptionally delicious and if you can, try the club sandwich

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited here for the first time on Thursday 25th April around 2pm. And WOW. Was welcomed by 2 lovely staff members. Myself and my wife ordered two chicken tikka paninis. And they were absolutely amazing. The filling was bang on. And tasted really good. Waited around 5 minutes as they were freshly prepared in front of my eyes. Whilst waiting u can just see how clean everything is. Also noticed the salad was fresh and stored correctly. Not like other places who leave it out on the side. Will definitely be returning. Finally found a decent sandwich shop. Keep up the hard work guys.

Rating:1 What a horrible customer service, my uber order took 1hour 15 minutes, I placed my order at 09.10 and I had a notification that my breakfast will be delivered at 09.30 then it got to 10am I called the samdwich shop Villiers st the lady who answered the phone said the uber driver collected my food Minutes ago, she lied when the uber driver came at 10.35 he said he picked the order up 6 minutes ago, plus I called the cafe beforehand ordering asking if I can swap my bacon for a sausage the lady said don’t worry I will look after you plus I made a note in there notes and guess what the dumbnut put 4 slices of bacon and no sausage what a thick move and my food was very cold the beans where called I immediately emailed uber got a refund as they can see how long my food was delivered from the time I ordered, I will never buy from the sandwich shop again as they lied and the food was horrible and disgusting

Rating:2 Just had a breakfast sandwich delivered from Uber eats and I ordered at 9.20. ordered accepted said delivery to me (just off snow hill 5 mins drive) due at 9.50. at 10 was still showing as wrapping up and driver was waiting at the shop.. the food got to me at at just after 10.10, when I opened it the food was half cold! And the saisage was slightly rubbery. As if it had been sat around under a warmer for a while.

Won’t be returning here again.
In response to comments… why contact Uber? Order was accepted, at approx 9.20.. the driver took receipt of my order at around 10 but that doesn’t matter, as I’ve had sandwices I’ve left in my bag that i saw get cooked fresh, then eaten an hour later that tasted warmed and nicer than this was.. as a sausage doesn’t go rubbery in 10-15 mins. It’s goes rubbery when precooked and left in a hot plate to keep warm.
