One of the slowest branch i have ever seeen waited in the que for 7 minutes no one bothered to ask and explain the slow service. Eventually left out without ordering. With this speed of staff i am sure soon the franchise will be closed.

When visiting the store this afternoon. The staff was very rude. no customer service between them. All food was inedible and during the visit I watched a member of staff mess with her hair with gloves on and then proceed to make another customers sandwich. No infection control what so ever.
If you can avoid this store then do so.

They don’t even pay attention to the order ticket. Ordered two turkey subs, they sent one Turkey and one Tuna (which I’m allergic to) how can you completely misread Tuna and Turkey? The rest of the salad was correct though but it had to go straight in the bin and of course no replacement because it was ordered through Deliveroo. So now had to go hungry and wait 10 days to get my money back!

Just left here. No offer of a bag! She was absolutely useless no meetballs. Had to order something. Staff only cared about closing up. Food was disgusting. Will never come here again!! Major attitude issues

I counted 28 seats and not a toilet provided. Not great really…. spent 18 quid and couldn’t have a tinkle, however the staff were polite and food was very good.
