Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Ordered a couple times now and its been 5/5 each time. We usually order from Coseley but seen as they kept getting orders wrong and sending food with nothing on the bread, we were put off subway. Will definitely be using this branch again.

Rating:1 Only sent half of my order I called the store, the staff was rude on the phone said I must of had it as she said she had made 2. There was only 1 subway in the bag, told me I needed to go to the store to sort it out as she qas on her own but it was OK for me to leave 2 children at home for her. Obviously I didn’t go told her to ring her manager to sort it out she said she would and put the phone down. I called back again she still said I had done something with 1 of the subways as she had made 2, I said I wouldn’t be ringing if there wasn’t a problem with my order. Shocking customer service skills and the way I got spoken to was disgusting. Manager needs to train the staff how to talk to customers instead of blaming them for taking their own food. Won’t order from here again or enter the shop. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Rating:1 I’ve ordered 3 wraps toasted. They came and they were in fact not toasted. All 3 of them were cold. When I went on Justeat to ask for a refund, they got back to me the next day saying that they are unable to give a full refund because the food came before the estimated delivery time. This is what they said exactly.

Rating:1 i was visit there two time every time they aad extra thing and charge me extra and last time they aad me 2 boiled egg in dinner other side i’m not like egg she was not ask me about it and charge me extra she give me a rubies bread that was i have to putt i ben . next time i will never visit there
