Rating:1 Been to this branch twice this month, being served by two different employees and I’ve got to say it’s some of the worst service I have received they both looked annoyed to serve me, the first one was a lady who couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone, second was a man who wanted to eat his sandwich ( speak to your employer if you’ve not been allocated enough break time) this branch is a DISGRACE TO THE FRANCHISE.

I then stated I had saved up 1000 reward points on the app and wanted to redeem a free footlong. The staff then immediately went stale faced and questioned how many points I had. So I showed them. They then rudely asked, “What do you want?” in a harsh tone. I asked for a BLT that was with cheese and melted. The staff then put the sub in the merychef (microwave oven) for 10 seconds and removed it too soon. I asked them to kindly do it longer, so they did it for another 10 seconds. The cheese was only just metled, and the sub was not toasted. I did not want to cause any problems so I accepted the sub. I then scanned my reward points. I then asked to pay for 3 cookies, and before paying I wanted to scan my sub card for the points to add to my account. He said “no”! I said “it’s for my points!
