No manners to staff dealing with customers, no hygiene at all, chicken hands was touching the vegan stuff as well. Worst experience.

Staff is very rude having no manners at all to deal with customers, there was one girl wearing glasses carrying ridiculous attitude like a queen. She was having no sense how to deal with customers. We are paying to get stuff not having free so i will never prefer this subway ever in my life again. Thanks for your rude service

The biggest thing here is that the staff are terrible. Every single member of staff is unfriendly. There is a clear lack of customer care. I share photo of sandwich Presentation, very bad .
I talk about the Cleaning is totally terrible, Chicken section is not clean is look like garbage.
I’m not recommended this Sub anyone

Absolutely disappointing. So much better when previous owners was running. No customer service, portion levels have dropped, rush you into ordering not giving you a chance to choose from menu and food quality isn’t that great. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again. Tables aren’t cleaned after previous customers. I was always a regular with the previous owners when they ran the business.

I went there with hubby for nice lunch I order salad box it was okay but unfortunately they don’t fill the box up to top and they gave me more salad then chicken they charged me £4.95 for that but my hubby order sub and he really enjoy he’s meal and for cleaness unfortunately there was rubbish till on the table and they don’t clean the tables?
