0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely awful. I ordered a Ballers Combo and didn’t even receive the lobster. I called up telling them there was a missing item, they told me they’re closed and they’ll sort it out tomorrow . The mac n cheese tasted awful. The BBQ wings and corn on the cob was not tasty. Plz don’t waste your money.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I was SO happy to see this halal restaurant still open while it was almost time to close. They took my order, and boy did they not disappoint. The lobster meat (which I was looking forward to the most) was made so exquisitely, there’s no room for improvement anymore in this whole takeaway box.

This is the food we received – we were so excited to eat here but after this I’m not ordering from the Birmingham branch again, please sort your quality out. I need to speak to someone about getting a refund

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 From the first time I had lobster it was very fresh and cooked to perfection however it’s gone downhill, the lobster was over cooked. The Mac n cheese wasn’t cheesy at all, lacked flavour. The prawns were good but didn’t have much sauce on them, order a dip on the side. Corn on cob was good, can’t complain. But Overall I’d give it a 5, the food was a bit cold tbf. Unfortunately it’s not worth the price.

– 1x Lobster tail 7.5/10
– for £25 we need 2 tails here!, also would be good if it came with butter sauce
– 4x Cajun wings- 7/10
– needed fresher wings
– 4x Bang bang prawns- 8/10
– tasted good, would’ve liked more
– Mac and cheese 4/10
– did not taste nice at all, some weird herbal seasoning and no visible cheese
– 4x Oreo waffle 6/10 (tasted 4 days old, would’ve preferred a rice/vegetable side instead)
Overall for the £25 price I would rate this a 7/10. The flavours, bar the mac and cheese were good. The quality was good. The presentation was good. I like how this is different compared to most other shops on any other road. Trap kitchen can only improve.
The way you gotta look at it, is whether people will come again and routinely spend £25 on said box. The answer is they won’t. If we can justify the £25 price tag by adding more to the ballers box I.e lobster and prawn and/or improving...
