Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 In the first week of March I brought my son in for his first pair of shoes during the weekday at around 3-4 o clock. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.

We were struggling with both choosing & sizes which was noticed by the manager, Raj, who approached us & offered her assistance, which we gladly accepted. She was patient throughout & made sure our selection was suitable for my mother. She was assisted by Alex. Always happy to recognise excellent customer service when it is provided. Thank you for the courtesy & your professionalism.
