Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Outstanding service from the West Bromwich store! greeted by a gentleman named “Seb”, I was in the store for ages as I have odd sized feet, trying on many pairs of shoes, yet he and his colleague were nothing but helpful,patient and friendly, bringing many different shoes from their stock room for me to try. Eventually found a pair that was perfect, however not in the colour I needed, and they were a discontinued item! Seb checked their online stock and found the only pair left in Birmingham in a different Clark’s store, he phoned the store in question and had them put aside for me…. Not for me to go and collect, but Seb went out of his way in his personal time to collect them for me on his way home, and had them waiting for me in West Bromwich store for when I was able to collect them. All this with a smile on his face, courteous, professional and friendly. This level of service is not a common thing these days, and was a breath of fresh air to receive such se...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My uncle and I went to the Clarks store in New Square in West Bromwich and were greeted by Jenny. She was busy at the time but still acknowledged us both upon entry. While browsing, Jenny made sure we were attended to. She was so helpful and did not rush is for a purchase. She gave us time to search for shoes while also giving suggestions. Her service was fantastic and entertaining. The retail world needs more people like Jenny, who take the time to find out what we need as customers. If you read this Jenny, thank you. You’re a credit to the store. I hope you’re recognised for your service from your employment seniors.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went into store to purchase a pair of shoes that I had seen online, the staff were very friendly and approached me to ask if I required any help. I showed them what I was after, however, on the Clark’s website it only showed a wide fit in my size which isn’t what I was after and they did not have my size in stock at store.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I always go to this Clarks store as the customer service is fantastic, staff are always friendly, polite and willing to help in any way they can. My daughter is 6 years old and had her first pair of shoes and school shoes from this particular store and it’s always been a pleasure. Recently I had an issue with a pair of shoes we had for my daughter, they just wasn’t the right fit for her foot shape but we didn’t realise until we had taken them home. I went into the store and was seen promptly by Raj who re measured her foot and helped us to find the best type of shoe and material which would be better for her. Once again, great experience so thank you so much! No doubt we will be back!

Fortunately, the kind staff member at the store was able to place an order for me in my size (standard fit) which would be delivered to my home address. This was all done in less than 10 minutes
The staff members are very welcoming and helpful here, the store is nice and tidy.
