Today I was seen by a lovely girl called Charlotte, she had a lot of knowledge about what would suit me best and all around seemed very welcoming and lovely, I bought some shoe care which was suitable to the shoes I was buying. Will be coming back, as another girl called Amy, on another occasion, was also very welcoming and sold me shoe care, she also demonstrated how to properly use it which made me feel confident that she knew what she was talking about. Very good staff Solihull!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Came in today and I was served by a blonde girl with piercings she was extremely rude and seemed more intrested in talking to another colleague then me. I felt very judged and Felt like she was very hostile and I will not be coming back to this store. I seriously suggest getting better staff.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Came in the other day and was served by a lovely young girl. She had blonde hair and lots of piercings. Was struggling with my decisions and she was more than happy to help and we even had an amazing conversation! So lovely shame I didn’t catch her name!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I came in yesterday & was served by a member of staff called Lucy. & she was very hostile & annoyed towards me i’m not sure why. maybe she is overworked but i very much doubt i will come back as my experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I purchased a pair of Nike gym shoes today, at 12.47 and was helped and advised by a young lady . Nothing was too much trouble , and her customer service was excellent. It was an enjoyable experience, and I shall recommend Deichmann in Solihull to my friends.
