Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 It’s my first time coming to Poze shoes and I’ve seen some mix reviews both good and bad and from my first experience the service was pleasant and helpful. The two girls that work there are polite and nice and do help when I need them. The shoes and bags are very posh, shiny and very reasonably priced. First time I’ve been at Poze and definitely won’t be my last.

Rating:1 i came to put a review down about the tall girl and it seems everyone had the same experience, my sister bought a pair of shoes as we were talking about the price she just went full on rude, like bro chill! honestly killed our whole mode off!! never stepping into that shop again..

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I won’t even give one star, the tall girl of Soho road branch was the rudest service I have received in my life. She was extremely rude and we will not going back to that shop again. I am shocked after reading the reviews and I don’t know why she is still in shop as all reviews are bad and other shop keepers are saying the other customers said same. Such a shame if Poze managers and CEO doesn’t care to loose customers of Soho road branch. Will not recommend to this shop to anyone.

The staff especially the very tall girl is so rude, music blaring and gossiping/bitching about others, at one point she was on the phone bitching about her boyfriend to a friend – safely assuming by what i heard. Felt quite uncomfortable like i had no business being there and that I was putting her out. The manager needs management skills but most importantly customer service skills ASAP. And to top it off as I was leaving they were throwing black bags of products from vehicle to shop floor like they were taking out the rubbish so quality and value for money is questionable. I won’t be coming back.

Rating:3 Nice quality stuff bought all my stuff from poze for my daughter’s wedding.but I went in today manager is extremely rude put music on full blast, as i was checking size on the phone to my daughter also asked from the till can I help you in a rude manner. I bought two pair of sandals. Absolutely gorgeous stuff. Staff letting the store down.
