The worst experience I ever had with Shoe Zone West Bromwich. Customer service is really bad, and they do not know how to deal with customers politely. I would say this store is one of the worst stores in the UK I have visited. They are giving products with a different code and are not ready to exchange or refund with a reason, saying shoes are worn and will not be taken back. This all happened in 20 minutes before they closing the store.

We r from not and were in shop 1 salesman (UNCLE) said we r closing soon and said very loudly. He closed as we purchased 1 pair and when 1 native family came he opened the door even after closing hours.. 2 BIAS this thing is

Ruby served me today, she was super lovely and helpful with my shopping! Showed me different options of shoes, she knows her stuff! Ruby is excellent with her knowledge and customer service, will definitely visit again, thank you Ruby!

Excellent customer service given by Ruby I went in to get school shoes for my son from Clark’s West Bromwich the lady in was really really rude then walked in to shoe zone and was approached by a member of staff named Ruby I got 2 pairs for the price one will be coming back to shop at shoe zone West Bromwich thank you

It was Sunday 24th September 2023 we entered store at 03:45pm but the lady said we are closing soon then I asked manager and he said we close 4:30pm on Sunday. Everywhere we were going the lady was behind us and keep asking colleague about closing time. I think she like to earn money and hates customers. One time she collided with my daughter also. Then we went out without buying and bought shoes from Clarks.
It was horrible experience because of that lady.
