This is very frustrating, I bought four pairs of the same style flat shoes, one pair lasted less than a week, two around a month and the fourth were fine. On another occasion I was given a pair of size nine’s instead of a six, took them back the next day and was given a refund as they were out of stock. The staff are always helpful, but so miserable, no matter how friendly you are towards them.

Excellent customer service from member of staff Sandip and her manager, they helped me order a pair of shoes in my size to be delivered to another shoezone store near me. Refreshing to get such great customer service ☺️

Really good service, ordered a pair of shoes online to collect, within 30 minutes my order was ready. The member of staff who I spoke to was friendly and efficient and fetched my order straight away, there was no waiting. I certainly would use the click and collect at this shop again or go in there to buy shoes as the staff were so good. Definitely recommended.

Very helpful staff. Footwear suitable for the time of year winter. They had my purchase in back of shop as it’s a summer item. It’s worth asking if you’ve not seen what you’re looking for.
