I wanted an exchange with a receipt for an item but manager named Theresa refuse because of tear on the item and had other idea’s by making excuses up.
One of her excuses was for me(customer) to go to another shoe zone for a return which I i mentioned that the company and policy is the same and what difference will it make.
Theresa needs training on customer services and not give customers false information when she clear knows the return policy.
Complaint to head office about her poor customer service towards me which i got an apology an a full refund.
So much for happy to help.

Well laid out; good variety,but loads of BLACK shoes!! Also each size is slightly bigger than it should be– shame they cant stockHalf sizes.

very rude manager. told off my DD because she tried many shoe and did’t buy any. when and I asked why, she started arguing with me as well. I have never seen such a bad manager in my life.
