Thank you to May that served me even though she was early for her shift. An awkward customer was undecided so I waited a while. I put my shoes down to say i would be back but May served me and was very polite. Anyone working with the public deserves so much more and I hope the people in head office appreciate this. People are quick to put staff down that are on minimum wage. Thanks May.

I visited the Shoe Zone recently, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the different types of shoes in store.
There were a range of discounts, such as buying 2 pairs of £7.99 shoes for £10, and various other deals too. The shoes are reasonably priced also, accommodating different budgets.
The staff were available when I had questions, and the shop does a wide range of beautiful shoes for people of all ages, all styles and sizes.
The shop is child friendly, and the staff are great around kids and their parents, helping them to find what they need.
It’s worth visiting Shoe Zone as you can get shoes for all occasions.

Staff are not helpful to customers, went to desk for asking UK and Euro equivalent shoe number but old lady was busy with phone and a man and women worker busy talking more than helping the customer, while asking didn’t focus well while chatting with colleagues.

Definitely the last time. No pair of school shoes lasts more than a month, even if you pay £30. that’s enough!!!

Wasn’t sure what to buy or where to look but the store assistant Katieann was brilliant, she was a real Diamond, making suggestions and recommending what we went on to purchase.
Great service!
