Rating:1 Very unprofessional I had an appointment for deep tissue massage, when I got there the woman wasn’t there they said she is running 5/10 minutes late so I waited but then then they said she will be 30 mins late. I was so frustrated that I left the clinic.

Rating:3 Booked a 30 minute deep tissue massage, 20 minutes in the sister asked if I wanted to remove my boxers for an extra service. I was absolutely shocked I kindly refused and asked her to carry on with the deep tissue massage. Don’t want to share her name but she was an Asian sister. No complaints on the deep tissue massage felt great after.

Rating:2 Came in for a massage today and the massage itself was fine. But during the massage, a worker started vacuuming, and you can hear conversations next door and people in the hall way talking in the phone. I could not relax one bit. I understand maybe you can’t block out people talking but the vacuuming just did it for me!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Al Shafaa. The name of the establishment, which translates to “the one who gives Shifaa (healing),” is unfortunately not reflective of the actual experience.
The staff at Al Shafaa appear to be untrained and lack the necessary expertise to provide quality services. The unpleasant odor of cigarettes permeates the establishment, creating an uncomfortable environment for both patients and visitors. Furthermore, the eagerness of the staff to receive payment seems to overshadow their commitment to providing satisfactory services.
The rooms at Al Shafaa are inadequately heated, resulting in discomfort for patients. Additionally, the practice of leaving oil on the body after treatments, rather than removing it, exacerbates aches and pains instead of providing relief.
I am surprised that Al Shafaa continues to operate despite the numerous shortcomings in its services. I kindly request that ...
