Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I visited modality spa soho road 31st October I saw Doctor Ratti because I was concerned I had a nasty lesion on my toe he reassured me that it was nothing sinister I’ve been using this place now for a few years now as NHS waiting times are so long! I would definitely be using be visiting again if needs be

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Dreadful customer service. Have been chasing up an appointment since last 6months. They are happy to take your money to see the doctor but when it comes to treatment nothing happens. So many delays. Receptionist was rude and not at all accommodating. Dont waste your money or time. There is no parking on site either.

They totally understood what I wanted and I’m really happy with the service. I felt rejuvenated ready to shine. Thank you and all the best. Felt so comfortable I felt like a member of the family. Dr Rati was absolutely amazing and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I am over the moon with the results and will definitely be going back for my follow up and continue with these treatments . Once again I would like to state how amazing Dr Rati is… 5 STARS from me xx

From the moment I arrived, Dr. Ratu took the time to talk to me and ensure I was comfortable with the procedure. He patiently answered all of my questions, providing me with a clear and thorough explanation of the surgery. This approach greatly reduced my anxiety and uncertainty.
Additionally, I want to express my gratitude for Dr. Ratu’s willingness to assist me with the necessary documentation for my university. I needed a letter to address my attendance due to the surgery, and he was open and accommodating in providing this support.
