Clean, luxurious but small spa. It has a lot of facilities on offer such as a steam room, hot stone loungers etc. changing facilities are limited and lack space and the gym is just fine for an average individual, but due to my experience working out the weights are just too lightweight for me. Couldn’t use the hot tub as it was full of people which was disappointing but oh well. Staff are friendly and the no phones policy is excellent for privacy as well as the complimentary drink (tea, coffee) which is much appreciated Overall I would recommend just try to go when it’s not so busy as it is a small facility.

Absolutely lovely place and the staff are amazing. However, I got food poisoning last night from using the ice next to the sauna. I saw disgusting people putting their hands in and also saw one person wash his face in it. I’m due to go on holiday on Friday and this was the last night I needed. Staff should clearly label.

The SPA facilities was nice and worth the visit. Fire and ice definitely worth it. The swimming pool area is also used by the hotel guests so can feel very busy and sometimes struggle to get a lounger. The massages unfortunately was a big let down. The masseuse seem to just be going through the motions with little care of actually giving a decent massage. When asked at the start of we have any preference I stated I want a very deep firm massage to get deep into the muscles. About 5 minutes in I was asked how the massage was and I said it can be firmer, which she didn’t for about 1 minute then reverted back to basically just brushing her hand across my body. Wasn’t relaxing at all. From my past experiences with spa resorts, the massages are usually a letdown. Personally, I would recommend going to a dedicated massage place that specialises in massages only.
I would return just to do the fire and Ice experience but would leave after that.

Birthday gift from my best friend and it was perfect. One of the best spas in and close to Birmingham. Absolutely recommend. The lake view and the jacuzzi was my favourite. Soothing vibes and not too busy!

Came on a spa day which included spa access 3 hours and afternoon tea for £50. The spa itself is new and well equipped. Although it’s small, they’ve made full use of the space. There are plenty of facilities and the outdoor hot tub is a great feature. The relaxation room could be a few degrees warmer that’s the only feedback I have. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was fab. Delicious food and nice views. I can’t believe how local this spa is; I’ll be visiting again!
