Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Is a good place to skate. Has seats all over the rink so can easily rest or relax during skating. Staff were great and were always ready to help. Also were the staff were very friendly. Would recommend to go

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Took my neices here for their birthday.The place needs a complete refurbishment. It looks the same as it did 20 odd years ago! Really dated and run down. Toilets are vile! Kids enjoyed themselves though!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had a fun day here with my family and friends. We didn’t book in advance despite there being a large group, however we didn’t need to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Eileen and Alice ensured we had an enjoyable experience and went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely return.

I booked these tickets back in Christmas but had an incident with a child in the family who has Autism who suffered from a fit and cried that he does not want to go when he surprised him. He had anxiety for a whole week thinking we will take him. 5 mins after booking I emailed the team and told them due to a mix up we no longer required the tickets (booked him in for a soft play that he was happy with) but no one replied. I explained the situation and have never been in this predicament but no reply. I then requested a refund from my bank who then had a reply stating no refunds what so ever! I’m sure you have policies that you can step out of to support vulnerable customers. Not all cases are the same and we didn’t cancel just for the fun of it. This is disgusting when all you think about is the money rather than understanding one’s situation. I booked for a week in advance and wanted to cancel after minutes so they are not loosing out of pocket. Ther...

The venue was clean, and well kept.
The ice rink is large.
As we were watching a match we were only spectating. The seats were not the comfiest but probably pretty standard for a sports venue.
The bar was quite busy, but again reasonably priced. Staff were polite and seemed happy to be working there.
