There’s only one or two people in the morning which makes it great for a regular paced workout. The trainers are also always there to help spot or answer questions, personally Mitch has been the most helpful regarding a workout plan and form questions.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Staff are always helpful and chatty. Good vibe and great prices for the different membership offers. Decent gym, could use an extra squat rack but apart from that rly good. Definitely recommend

Rating:5 I joined the gym and I was skinny looking to build muscle the staff helped me so much, I’m very grateful for them, their support in always telling me if I need someone to spot me I can ask them and always giving me tips to improve, very supportive and very friendly, I enjoy being at the gym and after almost 9 months, I’m seeing progress, I’ve built muscle, and the energy is always amazing! Very thankful for Rob, Vince, Horia, and Mick for the friendly energy and always being open to show me a movement or spotting me, i love that they make sure I’m never shy to ask for a spot or for help with a workout!! Really love this place !
