0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went to the Dog racing for the first time and had a lovely evening. Had a 3 course meal which was lovely other than the chef on the night slightly undercooked the steaks instead of medium they came out medium to rare, rare on the thicker parts of the steak, the lady looking after our table offered to take them back and offered us a free tea /coffee. We never had to move from our table for either a drink nor to place a bet. They even came to the table to pay any winnings. Will most definitely book again.

Speedway has a large following, and there is a great family atmosphere on Monday night race meetings. Gates open at 6.30 pm and racing starts at 7.30 pm. Get there early, and you can go to the pits and see the riders prepping the bikes. There is an indoor cafe and a food van as well as an ice cream van,
