When we arrived the table we booked was tight for us, as I had a 2 year old that needed a high chair and a newborn in a buggy. The staff were quick to move us to a table that suited us with 2 infants without any hesitation. I needed a private area to pump milk for my newborn which was accommodated for and also given a jug of boiling water to heat the baby’s milk. We were looked after by Aliyya exceptionally, who took my daughter outside to the fountains to eat her dinner as she was crying to go outside. She told me not to worry and to enjoy my dinner whilst she looked after her. She fed her dinner and gave her colouring to keep her occupied. All the staff were very polite and Aliyya went above and beyond, her customer service is impeccable and she is a credit to the business. Going on a weekday, it wasn’t as busy but this didn’t detract from the experience as we were left with nothing but a positive experience. Staff were all very welcoming especially with our children.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Last Friday I had the pleasure of dining at Ribeye in Birmingham, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I was greeted by the staff, who made me feel so welcomed. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Had a great time here on date night with the Mrs, food was very good, the sharing dessert is very good apart from the chicken! That blue cheese was not it. The mains were good, gutted they gave me the compound butter cold. It’s meant to be cooked with the meat! Anyway was all good up until the desert, they didn’t have most of it and what they did have…. Chocolate bomb wasn’t a chocolate bomb. Anyway great service, great scenic restaurant cold but looks good. Would recommend

Provided colours and drawings for them which they enjoyed doing whilst we waited for the starters. The starters were very surprising in the best way possible. The bbq ribs were very flavoursome with a hint of spice along with the king prawn rolls which were presented very elegantly with micro greens and topped with a sweet chilli sauce.
The mains came shortly after, a medium fillet and of course when at ribeye get the ribeye! Cooked medium rare which is my preference. Both were cooked perfectly and the quality of the steak was evident.
We were extremely full so didn’t get a chance to order dessert but would definitely recommend Ribeye so will be visiting again. Pleasantly surp...
