Over the years, I’ve used a few opticians. However, when I started using 4Sight approx 8 years ago I’ve never looked back (excuse the pun). The staff are amazing really polite & very helpful. It is a really nice, clean shop with a friendly atmosphere. I really do Rate & recommend 4Sight Opticians in West Bromwich. What more can I say they definitely get 10 Stars

I had to visit this opticians as part of my yearly eye test for my diabetes condition.
I found the staff very helpful and my eye test was over in a short time. I’ll be there next year

Travelling through UK for work and my glasses took an absolute battering and was basically on its last lens. The lovely lady I saw tightened things up and replaced some screws. Glasses as good as new. Thank you. I will get my eyes checked here the next time I’m in town.

excellent customer journey from start to finish!! appointment was on time. lots of frames to chose from to suit most budgets and staff cant do enough for you. there was no hard pressure sales either. the staff give you enough information to make an educated decision in terms of the lenses etc. i will never use specsavers again !!!!! Rachel the manager is great she runs the store well to create the best customer experience . will recommend to family and friends for sure!!!

Reviewing on behalf of Martyn Reynolds. Nice pleasent optitions. Seen in a timely manner although appointment at 9.30am & shop not open until 9.30am so not able to go in until 9.40am. Had to pay for parking & due to time in optitions on return to the car we had rolled in to 2 hours. Maybe an option of a voucher for free parking? Thankyou.
