Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 I had a brilliant experience with Britannia Carpets from chatting with the staff in-store about my choice of flooring. I chose laminate for the hall, lounge & large bedroom and a lush deep pile carpet for the smaller bedroom. Mr Khan came out to measure-up in the morning and by lunch time I had my quote. I went in and paid and a week later the flooring was laid.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I had a problem with my stair carpetwhich was 18 months old didn’t think brittania carpets would fix it but they went over and beyond and today had new carpet fixed (very well) so I will give them 5 stars very pleased so thank you Anita

The carpet is really nice, I’ll need to clear the other rooms out to get the rest of upstairs done. Thank you ever so much Britannia Carpets for your swift and professional fitting ☺️

Rating:5 Wanted vinyl fitting as I’m a wheelchair user but was told the one I picked wasn’t in stock at the moment as I wanted it doing quickly the salesman suggested laminate and would sort me out some discount to do 2 bedrooms hallway and living room they did it in a day and half and left it tidy

Rating:2 Unfortunately, I will not be using britannia carpets again.I gave them measurements for my stairs and landing for a quote,the owner just ignored my measurements and put down his own based on number of steps,even when i repeatedly told him I’ve done the measurements including the small boxes,he

Although the flooring looks really good, the workmen let themselves down by not tidying up to the same standard as the customer service I had already experienced. They did not vacuum up the bits from the carpet or the rumble from removing the door and they left all the laminate packaging and waste out side the house on the floor by the bin.

just ignored it and said they will need extra carpets.I paid a deposit and arranged a date for carpets to be fitted.
The fitter came in and was rude,telling me I had given them wrong measurements and then told me the office said I didn’t give them any measurements.I then had to show him the measurements I gave as it was stored on my phone.
He got two parts carpets out of his van but only used one part and took the rest back in the van,which means that they charged me for too many carpets.
When I called the office, I was told that was just extra just in case it wasn’t enough.
At this point, I just wanted my carpets done.
