Rating:5 Sophie was the most helpful and informative person I could have asked for, her knowledge of products and lush’s history was incredible and really made me feel confident I was making the right choice. I was so certain of the scented bath bomb I wanted (dragons egg) but was very pleasantly surprised when she recommended the Avocado, bath bomb!

He was bubbly, friendly and professional – actually now l think about it those the traits of a bath bomb. He was Lush through and through and a great ambassador of the brand!

But I must commend Banan, who has a really extensive knowledge of the product range, she gave personal insights and is a great ambassador for the curly hair range. Many thanks for your help.

My daughter had her 8th birthday here recently. It was hosted by the energetic Michael and lovely Mirella. They were fantastic and the children all had the best time and loved every moment.

My daughter and l came in to check something but ended up buying all these bath bombs instead of Easter eggs. Kyle told us that we could make our own bath bomb which we did. We made a magic rabbit. It was great to see how they are actually made.
We had such an unexpected awesome time. There was an Easter treasure hunt around the shop which was fun too.
Kyle is very talented and l hope the People team and Marketing team at Lush see and use his creative ideas that kept us happy and spending in the shop. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are considering having my daughters birthday party here.

Big thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome and at ease, especially the amazing facial & massage by Sophie; very professional and knowledgeable of products . My kids enjoyed making the bath bomb for me and the bonus goody bag was brilliant contents. Highly recommend
