Rating:1 I always go to boots opticians they are very helpful, first time went to specsavers at solihull and i had very bad experience, i accidentally got the wrong eye drops because they changed the packaging i asked my opticians if these drops are any good before i use and he said No. I went back to specsavers at solihull and explained what happened they said yes these are the wrong ones you need different ones i asked for exchange then they start saying we don’t exchange once bought fair play, but also start advising without examining my eyes condition use the same one they do the same job, i used them and now my eyes are worst they are so red after using these eye drops the one they didn’t exchange.

Rating:5 Had some problems with my vision & was concerned, after having a conversation with the optician Misba, she advised me on everything and went through every procedure to make sure everything was fine. We went through several tests where i got immediate results. The experience was fantastic and i would definitely be back going forward.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This is probably the best specsavers we have been to. We were served by Ruby, she was attentive, helpful, gave really good advice. She was also extremely patient! We will definitely use this branch again, their customer service is outstanding.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My son had an issue with ordering some prescription sunglasses to try before he committed to buying. Ruby was brilliant – polite, professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. True to her word she ordered a variety of glasses for him to try, called when they were received and made sure my son was completely happy before the order was processed.

Very unprofessional not helpful at all. Very nice once you walk in you pay and leave then they don’t wanna know you. Didn’t expect that from Specsavers.
