They weren’t pushy with buying any watch,Patient knowledgeable and friendly! Exactly how the luxury buying experience should be! Went in to seriously consider buying Tag Skipper but it was online only it seems! Recommended boutique! Shame I can’t remember the name of that lovely lady! Deserves all the praise!

He has cancer and is awaiting transplant, as such he currently has to isolate due to low immunity. When I called to see if we could be the first appointment of the day, they offered to open early for us so that we could visit alone and safely. The team made our son and us feel so special and made it a really memorable experience. One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Our son hasn’t taken his watch off. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service.

On my first visit here we was served by Ali, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He kindly sat us down and allowed us to try on a selection of watches which I was interested in. He knew everything there was to know about the watches I was trying on and made personal recommendations based on what he liked too which was great.

Unfortunately I didn’t purchase my Tag Carrera from this shop as I have family in the industry who could get a hefty discount, I ended up getting it from Ernest Jones instead. But Ernest Jones Solihull actually refused to take a link out of my watch for me, despite doing this for a family member the week before. So I popped back into the Tag Solihull shop this afternoon and was served by two lovely ladies who were more than happy to take the link out and also provided drinks whilst this was being done. They then continued to have a nice chat with...
