Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Brought some fake tan from here today, realised it was the wrong one so went to take it back less than 10mins later, they wouldn’t refund even though it had clearly not being used. They mentioned that they have a no refund policy on cosmetics when I tried to return the product, but didn’t mention this when purchased, extremely unsatisfied and will never go here again. I also notice that some of the products in store were dirty as looked like they had previously been used and then sold, just go somewhere else and save yourself the expense and drama, it’s also cheaper in other stores like body shop

Couldn’t give 5 stars for products as not a great range of lipstick colours (pink) however the female staff member went out of her way to locate what I was looking for & direct me to the till knowing that I had limited time. Good selection of discounted high end brands eg. Clarins. Lipstick shades very old fashioned, needs updating.

Me and mother went into the store today, I picked up a mascara and opened it to see the product and the manager come straight over having a go saying we can’t open it and rudely said “READ THE SIGN” where in fact there wasn’t even a sign pointing in our direction so we didn’t know I apologised and she insisted to carry on verbal abusing us saying how dare we open the product. My mum walked out the shop because she was disgusted and she was still attacking me even when I had an item I wanted to buy she made a personal comment saying “shall I go into ur bedroom then and open all ur products” so I got my item and put it on the table as I thought I will not be spoken to like that and spend my money in a shop where they treat people like dirt. She made a comment again saying ur not welcome in my shop again! This is the manager speaking! So aggressive and abusive everyone was looking around and we felt embarrassed! She needs to go onto a course on grace and decorum! Never had ...
