Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Great opticians. Really friendly service, especially Gaz who went above and beyond to help me out. Had a small issue with one of my orders not arriving – the solution was a quick 4 minute phone call to get it sorted out. Definitely recommend.

Rating:1 Very poor service, been calling the store for few days no answers been waiting for 15 minutes still no answer, when i got connected to store when i raised the issue, in response I was told by the staff that they have been told by management, service should be privatised to people in store only, very shocking and shameful behaviour what are people over the phone???? Not customers who spends hundreds for services and goods, will be complaining to customer services, will use spec savers, they value there customers face to face and over the phone.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 After poor service in SpecSavers, I walked across the High Street to Vision Express and I was so glad I did! The store is modern, well laid out and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 After getting contact lenses made for trial, I booked an appointment for a Wednesday. On the day, I was on hold for over 2 hrs trying to confirm the appointment. Eventually, I was told that I would have to reschedule to Friday. While I appreciate that the holiday periods are busy with staff off, I would expect to not have to wait 2hrs, and would expect for the store to proactively contact me about an appointment that can no longer go ahead.

On Friday, the 9 am appointment we had agreed on the phone had not been booked by the team. When I turned up they also informed that while there is space, the appropriate fitter isn’t there and that we would have to reschedule.
I have never had problems at specsavers and would advise to go there instead (store is oppisite)
