Excuse given was because my wheels had been refurbished!!!! Offered £30 to cover costs of a refurb!! Stay clear from here if you care about your wheels

To provide some context, I called the garage in the morning to inquire about their tyre selection. The person on the phone insisted that they had plenty of tyres and told me to come in. However, I explained that I was traveling from a distance and did not want to make the trip if they did not have what I needed. After some back and forth, the person on the phone finally admitted that they had about ten good branded tyres available, so I decided to make the trip.
Upon arriving at the garage, the person who had spoken to me on the phone asked his assistant to bring down some tyres for me to inspect. However, when the assistant brought down the tyres, they were just placed on the floor without any assistance to each tyres brand or thread. As I was inspecti...
