I like the 10 deals you can buy chicken breaded alpha bits pizzas fish fingers ? I carnt remember the rest bt I do like Iceland but in bilston they dnt put enough staff on, last time I went there’s an elderly lady who works there and rude wos a understatement the delivery driver said he would deliver as he is delivering to same street bt she kept saying to this poor elderly frail man you carnt get free home delivery you carnt pick and choose you have to spend an amount and you havnt the delivery man could hear so he went to till and told her put it through I’m delivering to same street I will drop it off to him it dnt hurt, you could tell this old man wos ill quite frail you think she could of been nicer, Iceland tell your employees to be more friendly towards customers as this lady I came across her to and she’s not nice at all.

Staff always helpful and always say hello very welcoming. The actual store could be a lot bigger has it’s always very busy in store

Some food on the shelfs and in the freezers are out of date been in 3 times in a week told the staff and there stil on the shelfs being sold

I booked a delivery on Sunday and they forgot 2 bags at the store I rang the store 10 times and no answer to find out why we got less stock and I had to go myself to get it and find out very bad service when u spend 100 pound no sorry or anything very bad service how can you not count the stock before you put in van not happy
